What we collect

• Information you submit: name, phone, email, address/ZIP, issue description, and the page (city/county) you contacted us from.
• Call data: calls to numbers on this site are tracked and may be recorded for quality and attribution by our call-tracking provider (WhatConverts), including caller number, duration, and the page that displayed the number.
• Technical data: standard server/analytics data such as pages viewed and referring source. This site does not use advertising cookies or store personal data in your browser.

How we use and share it

• Your inquiry is forwarded to a local foundation repair contractor serving your area so they can contact you — that's the service. See the disclosure.
• If you check the consent box on our form, you consent to calls/texts about your inquiry as described there; consent is not a condition of purchase and you can revoke it at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
• We use service providers (form backend, call tracking) to operate the site; they process data on our behalf.
• We do not sell personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, request correction or deletion: contact us.
• Revoke communication consent at any time (STOP to texts, or tell us).
• Call recording notice is provided where required; you may ask a contractor not to record.

Retention & security

Lead records are kept as long as needed to operate the referral service and meet legal obligations, then deleted. We use reputable providers and transport encryption; no method is perfectly secure.
