• Informational content. Everything on this site — soil descriptions, cost ranges, guides — is general information, not engineering, legal, or insurance advice, and not a quote or offer. Conditions at a specific property control; hire licensed professionals for professional opinions.
• Referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors and may be compensated for referrals (disclosure). We are not a party to any contract between you and a contractor, and we do not warrant their work. Vet any contractor independently.
• No guarantees. Cost figures are model-based planning estimates; actual pricing varies with site conditions and scope.
• Acceptable use. Don't scrape at abusive rates, misrepresent yourself in the lead form, or submit others' personal information without authority.
• Intellectual property. Site content is ours or licensed (geo data from US Census/GeoNames under their terms); personal, non-commercial use only.
• Liability. The site is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability arising from use of the site or referrals to the amount you paid us (zero).
• Governing law. Texas, exclusive venue in Texas courts.
